Yesterday I felt like doing a quick stitch. I found this lovely pattern by Lucy Heaton on Cross-Stitching.com. I chose some colours from my big bag of scrap threads and ended up with a pale blue cage and soft pink bird. I'm not sure whether I'll keep this for a card or try and finish it as an ornament.
