MCM London Comic Con

On Friday, Michael and I went off to the Comic Con. The day started off a bit poorly, with us getting soaked on the way to the railway station. Fortunately we were mostly dried off by the end of the hour train journey to London.

There was lots to see and lots to do, with plenty of games to try out and places to spend your money. It wasn't a terribly busy day, probably because it was a Friday, and the convention was only open 2pm - 7pm, but this was nice as there were no long queues.

Here's Michael playing Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D.  The game was a lot of fun, and one I'll be putting on my wish list. I also played Rayman Legends on the WiiU, I will definitely be getting it if we get a WiiU.

I was very good with my money and only bought a couple of things.

The cute bag was a must-have from the TokyoToys stall.

And these sweet keyrings are handmade from Retr8bit, who I will be writing a bit about on Sprite Stitch soon.

This is just a small snippet of everything there was to see. There was a great little Steampunk exhibition, loads of Japanese food and toy stalls, some second hand game stalls, cake stalls and pretty much anything else you would want to see.
