Pixelhobby Dracula
I've been stitching up a storm for an example piece in a book by the creator of the Sprite Stitch blog/forum. I can't post any pictures until the book is published, but it's a pretty nice piece, if I do say so myself. I haven't had much time to work on much else, but I did finish up an awesome Pixelhobby commission I started a while back. It's a sprite of one of Dracula's forms from Castlevania: Symphony of the Night.
It went off in the post today, here's a picture I took before it left.
I'm really pleased with it, it looks even better in real life!

ReplyDeleteThat is freakin' awesome!!
ReplyDeleteWoo-hoo! Congrats on stitching a model piece for a BOOK! That's a Really Big Deal! I've been a lurker at SS sometimes, and there is some really awesome work featured in the forums, even if I don't know half of the games (I'm stuck in the Super Mario time-warp) :)
ReplyDeleteRe: Freaky-Ass Dracula Demon Dude - he's FIERCE. Am I right in thinking that you made him out of little teeny weeny plastic tiles? If so, that's mind-boggling! I am envious of your patience. And your rock-steady hands ;)
